FRANCESCO ZANOT

Photography critic and historian Francesco Zanot has curated exhibitions and monographs of artists such as Olivo Barbieri, Mark Cohen, Linda Fregni Nagler, Luigi Ghirri, Guido Guidi, Takashi Homma, Francesco Jodice, Erik Kessels, Boris Mikhailov, Carlo Mollino, and Alec Soth. Director of the Masters course in Photography and Visual Design at Milan’s NABA, he has held conferences and lectures on the theory and history of photography at academic institutions such as Columbia University, New York, ÉCAL in Lausanne, and IUAV in Venice. The founder of Camera – the Italian Centre for Photography in Turin - from 2015-17, Zanot curated the inaugural exhibition of the Fondazione Prada Ossrvatorio, Give Me Yesterday in 2017. Subsequently, for the same institution, he curated Stefano Graziani: Questioning Pictures. He has worked with Fantom from the outset.
