Gallery Directors

Galleria Bonioni Arte, directed by Ivano and Federico Bonioni, inaugurated its first exhibition in 2003 with Mattia Moreni, Giuseppe Banchieri, Omar Galliani and Federico Lombardo. Curatorial activity at Galleria Bonioni Arte alternates between exhibitions dedicated to historic national artists (Afro, Giuseppe Capogrossi, Roberto Crippa, Lucio Fontana, Emilio Vedova), international artists (Sam Francis, Hans Hartung, Georges Mathieu) and emerging and mid-career artists. Principle exhibitions include the solo exhibitions of Bernard Aubertin, Mattia Moreni, Omar Galliani and Paolo Minoli, in addition to exhibitions of works by Pablo Atchugarry, Nicola Carrino, Umberto Cavenago, Paolo Cotani, Eduard Habicher, Rudy Pulcinelli, Mimmo Rotella and Mario Schifano. The gallery participates in major contemporary art fairs and promotes exhibitions in public spaces as well (Rebuilding spaces, Castello del Monferrato, Casale Monferrato, 2017-18; G. Cossio - L. Moscariello. L’Erbario mancante, Galleria Civica Mu.Vi, Viadana, 2017-18). The solo exhibitions in the gallery are documented by publications and catalogues.
