Gallery Directors

The Clivio Gallery was founded in 2009 in Parma by Francesco Clivio. Art enthusiast and early collector, after several years of experience spent in the art and art gallery field, driven by an incomparable passion for history and for the artists who animated it, opened Milan space in Foro Buonaparte, 48, not far away from the Duomo and the Brera art district. The main target of the project is to promote and disseminate artworks by historical and contemporary artists, through exhibitions and collaborations with the most important art critics in Italy, favoring a direct relationship with the artists or with the institutions that represent them (archives, foundations, etc...). Over the years, the gallery has distinguished itself as one of the first avant - garde supporters of the 60s and 70s Italian scene, more in particular in verbal/visual experiments.
