Since 1973, year of its constitution, Galleria 13 has always worked to promote art, by endorsing modern artists as Franco Rognoni, Alberto Manfredi, Enrico Paulucci and Antonio Ligabue. With the intention of giving new impulse to contemporary art, under the careful guidance of the new Art Director Sara Cavagnari, the Gallery presents a section of contemporary painters including Massimo Pedrazzi, Jonathan Guaitamacchi and Franco Chiarani, and an even more selected circle of international photographers such as the English Michael Kenna, one of the most popular photographers of our time and the controversial Japanese Nobuyoshi Araki. Since 2015, Galleria 13 is official proponent of Michael Kenna in Italy as pictures sales delegate, public art fairs temporary transfer and permanent archive. Very tight is the direct collaboration with ecletic Nobuyoshi Araki’s archive as well and thanks to Galleria 13 his works are stand out and emphasized trough all over Italian country.
