Mateusz Choróbski (Radomsko, 1987) osserva la realtà circostante e ne traduce ogni aspetto in opere che si manifestano secondo un’articolata varietà di sistemi linguistici: scultura, video, performance, installazione. Attingendo a un repertorio iconografico e iconologico variegato, spesso ispirato alla quotidianità e ai soggetti che ne scandiscono il diluirsi nel corso del tempo (oggetti comuni, materie povere, organismi naturali), i suoi lavori sono in grado di toccare ogni tratto del sistema percettivo, sollecitando lo spettatore sotto il profilo visivo, intellettuale ed emotivo.

Mateusz Choróbski (Radomsko, 1987) observes the surrounding reality and translates each of its aspects into works that are expressed through an articulated variety of linguistic systems: sculpture, video, performance, installation. Drawing from a varied iconographic and iconological repertoire, often inspired to everyday life and to subjects that mark its dilution over time (ordinary objects, poor materials, natural organisms), these works are able to touch every aspect of the perceptive system, soliciting the spectator under the visual, intellectual and emotional profiles.
