MARCO MENEGUZZO

Marco Meneguzzo teaches History of Contemporary Art at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan and “Museology and management of exhibition systems” at the Academy’s two-year specialisation course. Specialising in Italian art from the post-war period to the present (as well as in artistic issues linked to globalisation), he has curated or presented more than 200 modern or contemporary art shows since 1979. He is a member of the scientific committee of the official Archives of Mario Schifano, of Vincenzo Agnetti, of Marcello Morandini and of Nanda Vigo, and chairs the Giò Pomodoro Archive. He wrote one of the two critical texts for the catalogue raisonné of Enrico Castellani (Skira 2012), and (with Fabrizio Bonalumi) curated the Catalogue raisonné of the works of Agostino Bonalumi (Skira 2015) and the catalogue raisonné of Marcello Morandini (Skira 2019). He will curate the complete catalogue of the sculptures of Giò Pomodoro, to be published in 2021-2022.
