The Mazzacurati Fine Art gallery was born in Ferrara in April 2015, with a group exhibition showing works by K. Shiraga, H. Hartung, S. Shimamoto, Y. Sumi, A. Tanaka, Dadamaino, D. Hirst. The owner of the gallery, Roberto Mazzacurati, expert in Gutai Art, has been commercial director of of Magi 900 Museum for 5 years u until 2011. In Arte Fiera the gallery presents the exhibition “Gutai, M. Tapiè et les artites autres…”, which in part resumes an exhibition made by Tapiè in France in the Sixties. Particular attention is given to some Gutai artists like Shiraga, Shimamoto, Sumi, Tanaka, Domoto, Ukita and other artists, brought in Japan during ’50 and ’60 to deepen the emergent Gutai Art founded by J. Yoshihara, like: G. Mathieu, H. Hartung, J.P. Riopelle, P. Jenkins, S. Francis. Noted art exhibitions are: Yasuo Sumim in September 2015, Giorgio de Chirico in November 2015 and the solo shows of unique pieces of Andy Warhol.
