Gallery Directors

Founded in 2007 by Sebastiano Dell’Arte,the gallery situated in Lissone has carried out distinctive research from the very beginning - with an openness to different languages and expressive media. It belonged to the 2007 site-specific installation by Michele Zaza. In 2009, a new small space opened in Milan, making it possible for the gallery to present important solo exhibitions, such as Dennis Oppenheim’s prototype of his famous upside down Church. Among the most significant exhibitions are Bruno Munari’s “First Travel Sculptures” and the first Italian solo shows by Narbi Price and Hicham Benohoud, realized with the artists. In 2015 Galleria Six relocated to its distinctive space in Piazzale Piola 5, where successful exhibitions have been hosted. Those include Miroslav Tichy, in collaboration with Foundation Tichy Ocean; Bice Lazzari in collaboration with Bice Lazzari Archive; John Walker, with 12 paintings specifically made for Six. Since 2014 it has been collaborating with the Vasco Bendini Free Association.
