Gallery Directors

Marcorossi artecontemporanea was founded in 1994 and has three locations, in Milan, Pietrasanta and Verona, as well as an office and studio in Turin, each with its own staff co-ordinated by founder Marco Rossi. The gallery focuses primarily on painting, both abstract and figurative, exhibiting the work of artists such as Franco Guerzoni, David Lindberg, Sergi Barnils, Valerio Berruti and Giosetta Fioroni, as well as sculptures by Nagasawa, Paolo Icaro and The Bounty Killart and, recently, photographs by Matteo Basilè, Luca Campigotto, Rune Guneriussen and Paolo Ventura. Marcorossi artecontemporanea exhibits the work of artists who, with time and sufficient visibility, can make a lasting mark on the future of art in Italy, and emerging young artists whose work has been met with the approval of the critics and market. The gallery’s strategy is to provide consulting services for anyone wishing to approach the world of contemporary art with an annual schedule of exhibitions.
