Gallery Directors

The gallery, directed by Ivano and Federico Bonioni, inaugurated its first exhibition in 2003. Featured were artists Mattia Moreni, Giuseppe Banchieri, Omar Galliani and Federico Lombardo. Galleria Bonioni Arte regularly curates exhibitions dedicated to historic national artists (Afro, Giuseppe Capogrossi, Roberto Crippa, Lucio Fontana, Emilio Vedova), international artists (Sam Francis, Hans Hartung, Georges Mathieu) and emerging and mid-career artists. Principle exhibitions include the solo exhibi- tions of Bernard Aubertin, Mattia Moreni and Paolo Minoli, in addition to exhibitions of works by Pablo Atchugarry, Nicola Carrino, Umberto Cavenago, Paolo Cotani, Hermann Nitsch, Mimmo Rotella, Mario Schifano and Rudy Pulcinelli. In 2013 the gal- lery celebrated its tenth anniversary with a solo exhibition of Omar Galliani. The gallery participes in major contemporary art fairs. All solo exhibitions are documented by catalogues publicity and press.
