Pad. 15 Stand C/42
The outline of the gallery, opened by Antonella Cattani in 1991, is characterized by an exhibiting program that aims at showing contemporary personalities who have succeeded in emerging from the art scene because of the outcome of their researches in different practises that go from painting to sculpture, up to the new media. In an alternation between exhibits of established artistic positions - among whom Claude Viallat, Marco Tirelli, Giuseppe Spagnulo, Marco Gastini, Giovanni Frangi and Gianni Dessì can be quoted - projects of artists from subsequent generations are to be found, like the ones by Antonella Zazzera, Paolo Radi, Emanuela Fiorelli, Julia Bornefeld and Angela Glajcar. In order to grant a historical continuity to the distinct eras, various shows are dedicated to historicized artists. Several protagonists of the Italian art after 1950 have thus been exhibited along the years, including: Afro, Depero, Pietro Consagra, Gastone Novelli, Achille Perilli and Antonio Sanfilippo.
