Gallery Directors

Galerie Voss was founded in 1992. Since then it has worked exclusively in the field of international contemporary art and is chiefly dedicated to figurative painting, photography and installations. With its location next to the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf the gallery is situated amid the well-known gallery district. The top painters include Sandra Ackermann (Germany), Frank Bauer (Germany), Davide La Rocca (Italy), Harding Meyer (Brazil) and Kate Waters (Canada). The main photography artists are Iwajla Klinke (Germany), Giacomo Costa (Italy), Claudia Rogge (Germany) and Mary A. Kelly (Ireland). The artists Maia Naveriani from London, Masaharu Sato and Mihoko Ogaki from Japan and Amparo Sard from Spain work in the field of installations and new media. Apart from constantly alternating exhibitions since 1997 the gallery attends art fairs all over Europe such as Art Cologne, Art Brussels, Fine Art Fair Frankfurt, Arte Fiera Bologna, The Solo Project Basel, Kunst Zürich, Docks Art Fair,Lyon or Contemporary Istanbul.
