From January 2015, in the new exhibition space at Via Cappuccini in Bolzano, the Alessandro Casciaro Art Gallery continues the work of Goethe Gallery, founded by Ennio Casciaro in 1964. Over many years of activity, several important solo shows have followed each other such as: Fontana, Cremonini, Dix, Grosz, Feiniger, Frohner, Ernst, Depero, Kokoschka, Hrdlicka, Marini, Mattioli, Mack, Plattner, Schifano, Vedova, Weiler. The gallery takes part in national and international art fairs and works with some of the most important international institutions in the field of modern and contemporary art. Building its portfolio on artists presented over the past years, the gallery has used the arrival of the new generation of artists to widen the exhibition program to new collaborations both nationally and internationally and to propose site specific exhibitions and projects of established artists like Lois Anvidalfarei, Giovanni Castell, Urs Lüthi, Robert Pan, Kinki Texas, as well as emerging artists.
