The Galleria Poggiali was founded in Florence with the aim of producing specific projects with artists, perfecting the research proposals connected with both historic names and the new generations. Enzo Cucchi, Luigi Ontani and Gilberto Zorio have all displayed their work at specially-conceived shows, always accompanied by catalogues which are frequently produced in liaison with publishers. For years, the gallery has been monitoring the work of Giovanni Frangi, Luca Pignatelli and Manfredi Beninati. Fully aware of the importance of languages and cultures of international extraction, and always with expressly-conceived activities, the gallery follows the work of Zhivago Duncan, with whom it produced the exhibition Faith&Fathom, featuring 18 international artists. In Florence, as the launching-site for the unfolding of a universal language, the gallery has also displayed the work of David Lachapelle and Youssef Nabil.
