Pad. 26 Stand B/38
Gallery Vigato started its activity in 1977 in piazza Carducci in Alessandria, where Graziano Vigato developed an eclectic work program for over 10 years that gave rise to personal exhibitions by artists such as V. Bendini, P. Cuniberti, O. Galliani, M. Schifano, R. Barni, A. Tapies, M. Gastini, P. Manai and others. In addition to these personal exhibitions, there were collective exhibitions of great prestige including the memorable show in 1982 dedicated to Anachronism (by Calvesi and Vescovo), an exhibition that led the gallery to collaborate with the 1984 Venice Biennale, setting up in the "Arte allo specchio" section, the halls of O. Galliani, A. Tanganelli, and S. Di Stasio. The Gallery has, over time, kept faith with its history and continued carrying out precise and characteristic work, which has generated new personal exhibitions, in the new space of Via Ghilini. Since 2008, Graziano’s son, Fabrizio, has continued the work of the gallery with new proposals and international exhibitions.
