Contrasto Galleria was founded in Milan in 2005. Year after year, through an intense program of exhibitions, talks with photographers, critics, experts and strict to the commitment of extending an awareness of and appreciation for fine art photography, the gallery has become the reference point for the beginning collector as well as the experienced connoisseur. Located in the very heart of Milan, the gallery offers a wide selection of vintage and modern prints of the most important Italian and International masters as well as emerging artists. Contrasto Galleria has the privilege of working directly with the artists and estates represented, thus establishing an intimate and deep relationship with the artists and knowledge of their works. Among the represented artists: Bill Armstrong, Gianni Berengo Gardin, Piergiorgio Branzi, Lorenzo Cicconi Massi, Elliott Erwitt, Mario Giacomelli, Marco Gualazzini, William Klein, Irene Kung, Herbert List, Sebastião Salgado, Alex Webb.
