It was 1998 when the Gallery opened in Pietrasanta, inaugurating a historical exhibition on Picasso's drawings. This debut was followed by a series of international art exhibitions, particularly focused on Pop Art, with artists such as Tom Wesselmann, Andy Warhol, and James Rosenquist.Since its opening in 1998, the Gallery has organized international performances such as "In blue painted blue"- a tribute to Yves Klein,a solo exhibition by Nicola De Maria,a retrospective of Tom Wesselmann, wooden works by Giuseppe Maraniello,monumental works by Arnaldo Pomodoro and in summer 2017, the solo exhibition of one of the most important artists of the Italian art scene, Mario Ceroli.In 2010, confirming the happy partnership with Pietrasanta, a new space was born in the central Piazza del Duomo which will host other exhibitions of permanently artists, including: D.Baechler, N.Bolla, F.Dusi, S.Fermariello, D.Hirst, Y.Kusama, R.Indiana, G.Maraniello, J.Opie, M.Quinn and M.Schifano.
