Repetto Gallery, London was born in 2007 and is the continuity of Repetto e Massucco born in Acqui Terme in 1967. Historically linked to the Italian and European Informal and to some great protagonists of the second half of the 20th century, Fausto Melotti in particular, with the arrival of Carlo and Saverio has headed towards Land Art, with the 2009 exhibition and Arte Povera and Conceptual art’s exhibitions in 2012 and 2016. Some personal shows of the protagonists of these movements will follow, including Christo, Paolini and Calzolari. Important to mention is the participation in the most prestigious fairs, collaboration with international institutions and the rediscovery of artists, such as Bruno Munari. In the last few years, the Repetto brothers have been assisted by their children Andrea and Sara, who now represent the third generation and whom are bringing new historical movements to the Gallery, such as visual poetry, and young artists, like Sassolino and Piangiamore.
