Founded in Rome in 2010 by Guillaume Maitre and Paulo Pérez Mouriz, Spazio Nuovo is a contemporary art gallery dedicated to promoting thought-provoking work by emmerging artists with a special focus on photography. The gallerists’ multifacted connoiseurship provides collectors and cultural institutions with the utmost creative insight and curatorial expertise in which to build their collections. Conceived to foster greater awareness of and appreciation for the latest developments within the fields of photography, painting, sculpture, and mixed media, Spazio Nuovo offers visitors a vibrant, engaging exhibitions program, which is often accompanied by a series of lectures, conferences, school group visits, and special events.
