Gallery Directors

Ever since its foundation in 2013, the Eduardo Secci Gallery in Florence, Italy, has hosted a series of innovative and cutting edge exhibitions, characterized by different genres and expressive mediums, and has also focused itself on representing contemporary artists, emerging and established, on both a national and international scale, supporting their works in institutional projects as well as other ones conceived for the Gallery's spaces. So far, the Gallery has always shown a preference for and showcased artworks by artists who employ the most wide variety of mediums in their creation. The Gallery opened its first exhibition space in a spacious loft, just a stone's throw away from Florence's city center, with the intent of establishing itself in the city as a point of reference for contemporary art. Then, in 2016, the Gallery moved to a large exhibition space of over 300 square meters, right in the heart of Florence's historical center, for the purpose of exhibiting projects mainly focused on site specific installations by conceptual and minimal artists.
