Marcorossi artecontemporanea was founded in 1994 and has three locations, in Milan, Pietrasanta and Verona, as well as a studio in Turin, each with its own staff coordinated by founder. The gallery focuses primarily on painting, both abstract and figurative, exhibiting the work of artists such as Franco Guerzoni, David Lindberg, Sergi Barnils, Valerio Berruti and Giosetta Fioroni, as well as sculptures by Nagasawa and The Bounty Killart and, recently, photographs by Rune Guneriussen, Olaf Otto Becker and Paolo Ventura. Marcorossi artecontemporanea exhibits the work of artists who, with time and sufficient visibility, can make a lasting mark on the future of art in Italy, and emerging young artists whose work has met with the approval of the critics and the market. The gallery’s strategy is to provide consulting services for anyone wishing to approach the world of contemporary art and act as a landmark for today’s new collectors, many of whom are young, with an annual schedule of exhibitions and stands at Italy’s most important art fairs.
