Now in its 13th consecutive edition, the Rotary Award is presented to the most creative installation at Arte Fiera 2025, whether a creation by an artist or the overall setup of a stand.
The 13th edition of the Award is promoted by all of the Rotary Clubs of Bologna, combined in the Felsineo Rotary Group, the Rotary International District 2072 Emilia Romagna and Republic of San Marino, and Rotaract Bologna.
Participating along with Rotaract Bologna (partner since the first edition of the Award) are all of the young members of Rotaract in the Bologna area (Petroniano Group).

The Award is sponsored by the Libera Accademia di Studi Caravaggeschi “Francesco Maria Cardinal del Monte” research facility. The Award consists of:

  • Rotary Award Arte Fiera 2024 to gallery - assigned to an installation or to the setup of a contemporary art gallery at an Arte Fiera 2025 stand that presents outstanding originality, creativity, and possibly showcases emerging artists. The award does not involve an acquisition, and refers to all of the contemporary art galleries present at Arte Fiera.

  • Special Rotaract Bologna Award - financed by the young members of Rotaract Bologna, this is a cash prize to the artist or artists presented by the gallery that wins the Rotary Award.

  • Special “Andrea Sapone” award by Rotary Club Bologna Valle del Samoggia - in memory of Andrea Sapone, one of the event’s organizers, a special cash prize will be awarded to the artist or artists presented by the gallery that wins the Rotary Award.
