The Poggiali gallery has always worked in close contact with historicised contemporary artists, including Gilberto Zorio, Eliseo Mattiacci, Enzo Cucchi, Domenico Bianchi, Claudio Parmiggiani, Arnulf Rainer, Erwin Wurm and Karel Appel each time building projects specially conceived for its venues and designing ad hoc publications. These shows are generally organised in the Florence premises, while the Milan venue monitors international artists of recent generations from different countries, such as Kennedy Yanko, Basil Kincaid, or Goldschmied & Chiari, for whom it has organised the first solo shows in Italy, again with specific catalogues. The gallery has been working for years with the sculptor Fabio Viale. It collaborates with various museums on the realisation of large-scale institutional projects. It has also fostered the participation of various artists at the Venice Biennale.
