The Bologna Fund of 100,000 Euro was renewed again this year and used to purchase 16 of the artworks shown at the 39th edition of Arte Fiera. For the third year running the Bologna tradeshow has extended its own collection that already includes artists like Boetti, Ventrone, Mondino, Scalco, Salvo and Capogrossi, to mention just a few. In this way BolognaFiere helps sustain all those who continue to invest in artistic research despite the challenging times for the market. The choice of what to buy was made by the Arte Fiera Artistic Directors Claudio Spadoni and Giorgio Verzotti.
