Massimiliano Poggi (b. Bologna, 1969) lives and works in Bologna and in Trebbo di Reno.

A chef and businessman with years of experience, he trained in Rimini and Paris under the guidance of master chefs such as Gino Angelini, Vincenzo Cammerucci, and Luigi Sartini.

At the age of 21 he decided to open a traditional Bolognese restaurant called “Al Cambio,” and in 2010 widened his horizons by inaugurating “Vicolo Colombina” in the historical centre of Bologna.

Since 2016, he has run “Massimiliano Poggi Cucina,” a modern restaurant located in Trebbo di Reno, where he serves meals “made of tastes and memories,” created with the finest local ingredients.
