La Galleria Tiziana Di Caro è una galleria d'arte contemporanea che si trova a Napoli, Italia. È stata fondata da Tiziana Di Caro, e ha aperto nel 2008 a Salerno, a una estremità della Costiera Amalfitana, nello spazio che fu il teatro di un palazzo patrizio del secolo XVII. Fin dall'inizio il suo scopo è stato promuovere artisti internazionali delle ultime generazioni, con un'attenzione specifica alla sperimentazione e alla ricerca, incoraggiando pratiche artistiche stabili e solide, con un focus su artisti che lavorano con i nuovi media. Nel marzo del 2015 la galleria si è trasferita a Napoli, al primo piano di Palazzo De Sangro di Vietri, costruito nel XVI secolo in piazzetta del Nilo (Centro Storico). Oltre a implementare il gruppo di artisti delle ultime generazioni includendo Maria Adele del Vecchio, Shadi Harouni, Lina Selander, Oscar Santillan, Giovanni Giaretta, Antonio Della Guardia, Teresa Gargiulo, Luca Gioacchino Di Bernardo, la galleria ha iniziato a lavorare anche con artisti di una generazione precedente che, nel corso degli anni, sono stati sottostimati: Tomaso Binga, Betty Danon, Simona Weller. La galleria lavora in diretto contatto con gli artisti o con i loro eredi, collaborando anche a strutturare gli archivi e promuovendo il lavoro attraverso un regolare programma di mostre nello spazio di Palazzo de Sangro di Vietri, ma anche supportando mostre in spazi istituzionali sia in Italia che all'estero. Tiziana Di Caro è la fondatrice e la proprietaria. Dopo la laurea in Storia dell'Arte (Università La Sapienza di Roma), ha conseguito un MA Master per Curatore di musei d'arte e architettura contemporanea. Fino al 2008 ha lavorato come curatrice di collezioni d'arte contemporanea, e ha collaborato col Ministero dei Beni Culturali presso l'ICCD (Istituto per il catalogo e la documentazione).
Galleria Tiziana Di Caro is a contemporary art gallery based in Naples, Italy. Founded by Tiziana Di Caro, the gallery opened in 2008 in Salerno, at one end of the Amalfitan Coast, in the spaces that was the theater of a 17th century patrician palace Since the beginning the aim has been to promote international artists of the latest generations, with specific attention to experimentation and research, encouraging stable and solid artistic practices, with a focus on artists who work across the new media. In March 2015 the gallery relocated to Napoli at the first floor of Palazzo De Sangro di Vietri, a palace built in the XVI century in Piazzetta del Nilo (Historical Centre). In addition of implementing the group of artists of the latest generation including Maria Adele del Vecchio, Shadi Harouni, Lina Selander, Oscar Santillan, Giovanni Giaretta, Antonio Della Guardia, Teresa Gargiulo, Luca Gioacchino Di Bernardo, the gallery started to work also with artists of a previous generation, who, over the years have been underestimated: Tomaso Binga, Betty Danon, Simona Weller. The gallery works in direct contact with artists or their estates, collaborating in establishing their archives and promoting the work through a regular program in the space in Palazzo De Sangro di Vietri, but also by supporting exhibitions in institutional spaces both in Italy and abroad. Tiziana Di Caro is the gallery's founder and owner. After a Degree in Art History at La Sapienza University in Rome, she took an MA Master for Curator of Contemporary Art and Architecture. Until 2008 she worked as curator for private contemporary art collections and she collaborated with the Italian Ministry of Heritage in an office specialized in the cataloguing of the cultural heritage.
